Conference Highlights

17 July 2018

The 2018 Mill Operators conference will focus on getting ‘Back to Basics’ – challenging delegates to reassess the fundamentals of our sector. Throughout this three-day conference, 55 global experts will share their knowledge in operating practices for mineral processing plants, including extractive metallurgy, process control and environmental issues.

Abstracts and papers selected centre around: best practice in plant operations, operating updates, newly commissioned operations and information on emerging technologies. Furthermore, delegates will have the opportunity to explore concepts and seek clarification with speakers as the conference program features interactive discussions at the end of each session.

Distinguished 2018 Keynote Speakers include:

  • Andrew Newell MAusIMM(CP) – Executive Consultant in Processing, RPM Global
Metallurgical test work – between a rock and a hard place
